Wonderful & fairly clean hotel, it was in an amazing location, has gentle staff. There were central heating, a safe box, and TV in my well laid out and large room. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast by a very smiley waitress.

Exactly what I think, no more, no less
The Jr. Suite with Terrace offered fine canal views and was an ideal base for exploring. Proximity to St Mark's Square and a vaporetto stop made commuting easy. Friendly staff added to a wonderful breakfast experience!

Staying at bucintoro was a highlight of our trip. The staff were super friendly and helped us find dinner after our late arrival. Our room was super clean and comfy, with the added bonus of a lagoon view. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and we loved sitting outside enjoying the scenery.

Location. Well heated rooms. Nice bath og tub. Good service. The vies from the room.
The bed was too firm so I actually got a back pain. The walls were a bit too thin to the NeXT room.

The hotel is very clean, central and comfortable, with excellent, friendly staff.
It was a little unfortunate that there were no english language channels on the tv.

The room itself while tastefully furnished was small, only 1 small chair, therfore as a couple one person had to lay on the bed. One thing my wife looks forward to on arrival is a nice cup of tea! There were no tea/coffee making items, although they were immediately brought to the room upon request, the same with bath-robes! The wardrobe space was limited with no where to hang full length coats/dresses. The drawers on the right hand of the room door could only be opened fully by turning the wall mounted lights shade through 90 degrees. The few television channels available were next to useless, only two news channels... Bbc World & cnn were watchable. The television screen had been tastefully enclosed in wood which match the wall covering, only problem the speakers caused the wood to resonate, so only a very low volume level was available, the remote ir eye was shielded by the wood so changing channel was hit or miss. Whilst these short comings may seem trivial to some..... If the weather is inclement and in Venice it can be, then they take on a far greater importance. I would stay at this hotel again, the location, staff( especially Edith & Rita) make it worthwhile, the breakfast is fantastic...!

The staff are very helpful and pleasant - which always makes a stay so much more memorable. The location is ideal - close to the main sights everyone wants to see but not too close. The views are stunning and actually do represent what the photos on the website show. The room we had was very comfortable - absolutely nothing missing that we could have expected.

Location was fantastic, breakfast was excellent. Mara (breakfast room) was the only friendly staff member. Very clean rooms. Hotel close to lots of restraunts
No heating, staff should have told us and offered heaters. Luke warm showers first two days, cold the last day. Not very happy about those two things.
